One way to get involved: Accept an invitation to attend a Join Scouting Night rally near your home.

Perhaps you've received a hand-out at school inviting you to attend an organizational meeting. Well, do it! At the meeting, you'll get information on Scout Units near you. Plus, you can ask all your questions. Once you decide to join, you can - right on the spot!

But, say you've missed the meeting and still want to get in on the fun and adventure. Here are some easy ways to locate a Scout Unit near you.

Find The ScoutsFirst, click your way to a web page maintained by the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America. From a list of over 300 local Council offices, you'll discover how to reach the Scout office nearest you. A quick phone call and you can get details about several Scout Units near your home.

Or, here's another approach. Ask around. Check your local phone directory's white pages for a listing under "Boy Scouts." Or, ask a clergy person, a school teacher, a neighbor, or another Scout. It's not hard to find a Scout Unit. After all...

Scouting is everywhere!
